What we collect

If you only browse, we receive standard technical data our host logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to operate and secure the site. If you submit intake, we collect the answers you type: who to contact, what the company does, rough headcount, the systems that hold the record, what is in them, and whether that record can be licensed. We do not ask for files, passwords, or exports on this website.

How we use it

We use intake to reach out, learn more about what you have, and prepare an offer. We use host logs to keep the site running. We do not sell intake records.

Who receives it

The Data Licensing LLC team. A copy of a submission is emailed to the work address you enter. Email is sent through our email provider. Our host processes the request so the form can be submitted. We do not share intake with your customers.

How long we keep it

We keep a submission while we evaluate a license and for our records of that conversation. If you ask us to delete a submission that did not become a signed license, we will, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can decline to submit. Optional fields can be left blank. To correct or delete intake you sent, email info@data-licensing.com or call 1-800-000-0000.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Do not put passwords, secrets, or customer lists in the notes field.
